Last updated: June 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how ViziTales handles your information. A fuller policy will be published as the product evolves; what follows is accurate today.

What we store

• Your account email, used to sign you in and to contact you about your account.
• The characters and stories you create, including the choices you make when building a character and any routine text you write.
• The images we generate for your books (character reference sheets and story pages), so your books stay readable and printable.

How we use it

We use this information only to run ViziTales for you: generating your books, showing them in the reader, and letting you print them. We may send occasional service emails about your account. We do not use your stories or images to advertise to you.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your data — not your email, not your stories, not your images.
• We do not run third-party advertising or ad trackers on this site or in the app.
• We do not ask for, and you should not enter, medical records or diagnoses.

Children

ViziTales accounts are created and managed by adults — parents, caregivers, therapists, and educators. Character details are chosen by the account holder; please use only the information you are comfortable including in a storybook.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and everything associated with it — email, characters, stories, and generated images — at any time. Email hello@vizitales.com and we will remove your data.
